Organizing financing and permitting to develop Catalpa Cove, an upscale, waterfront neighborhood of 79 home sites near the Iona area in South Fort Myers. Fluharty was a loan officer for seven years with IDL Mortgage Corp., Inc. in Fort Myers and has several years' experience in sales and sales development. He holds an Associate of Science Degree in Business from Edison Community College, and has studied at the University of South Florida. He is a member of the Cape Coral Association of Realtors and a past member of Florida Mortgage Bankers Association. ------------------------------------------------------ Ronald L. Davis has been in the forefront of commercial and residential development, design, and construction in Southwest Florida since 1979. His companies include Ronald L. Davis and Associates, Inc. RLD Homes' residential credits include: Carillon Woods and Catalpa Cove, both upscale, single-family neighborhoods in Fort Myers.
